Sedqua Malta has launched its Buzz Naturali Social Media Campaign for which the agency said it has collaborated with a number of Maltese influencers to highlight the importance of enjoying life without the use of substances.
Sedqa stressed that “we can get natural highs when we do activities that we love and that are still good for us.”
The ‘Natural Buzz’ Campaign is intended to convey a clear message about the importance of a person having fun without the need for substances that change behaviour and emotions for a short time, but increase the individual’s problem with that time when the substance stops working. ?
This campaign, which will be spread over the next two months, is being advertised by a number of local influencers who are taking part in short clips that will be uploaded on Sedqa Malta’s social media.
Minister for Social Policy and Children’s Rights, Michael Falzon, present at the launch, said that through this campaign awareness about addictions is being increased so that as much as possible ‘ the number of people addicted to drugs will decrease.
