A biker was grievously injured on Monday afternoon following a crash in Cospicua, the police said.

The accident happened in Triq Santa Tereza at 4.20pm.

It involved a Xingyue bike and a Toyota Ractic driven by a 30-year-old man of Zabbar.

The biker, aged 56 from Cospicua, was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
