A cyclist was seriously injured on Saturday morning when she crashed into a parked car, the police said,

The accident happened in Ghenba Street, Attard, at 10am.

The cyclist, a woman aged 61 and resident in Attard, crashed into a Toyota Aygo.

She was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
