A teenager was critically injured on Saturday night when he fell two storeys on a construction site, the police said.

The accident took place in Ball Street, St Julian’s (Paceville) at 11.30pm.

The 16-year-old Maltese youngster entered the site and fell two storeys, the police said.

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
