The Nordic and Baltic states (the so-callled 'NB8' consisting of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland on December 29 issued a joint statement about the situation in Georgia, according to the Latvian Ministry o
