Milan beat Inter 3-2 to win Super Cup
Abraham clinches game in added time
AC Milan beat Inter 3-2 to win the
Italian Super Cup Monday night in the final match in Riyadh.
The Rossoneri beat city rivals Inter after going down at the
start of the match.
Tammy Abraham's goal in added time clinched the victory that
stopped Inter from scoring what would have been an unprecedented
fourth Super Cup victory.
Milan's new manager Serge Conceicao guided the team to achieve
their stunning win in his second match in charge.
AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale on Tuesday congratulated his
players "for the extraordinary result".
"Winning this cup and doing it in a derby has been a special
result and something that should make you deeply proud", said
Cardinale in a message delivered through advisor Zlatan
Ibrahimovic.
