January sales start, average spending 138 euros per person
Aosta kicks off, from Saturday across Italy
Winter sales have started in Italy.
On Thursday the end of season sales started in Valle D'Aosta,
and then will spread from Saturday throughout Italy.
Some 16 million families will rush to do discounted shopping and
each person will spend around 138 euros for a turnover of 4.9
billion euros, according to estimates by retail group
Confcommercio.
