Industrial production up 0.1% in August on July - ISTAT
Statistics agency reports 3.2% drop year-on-year
ISTAT said Thursday that its
seasonally adjusted industrial production index increased by
0.1% in August compared to July. The national statistics agency added that the calendar-adjusted
industrial production index was down by 3.2% with respect to
August 2023.
Over the June-August period, ISTAT reported a 0.1% drop in the
production level compared to the previous quarter.
