Electricity giant Enel on Thursday posted first quarter profit up 44.2% to 2.2 billion euro.
    Ordinary EBITDA was up 11.6% to 6.1 billion and the group's net result up 86.8% to 1.931 million euro.
    The energy and power giant said it was "confident of reaching all our 2024 targets".
