CES 2025: Anker takes wraps off new charging solutions, outdoor electric cooler and solar umbrella

The world’s most renowned and acclaimed tech show CES takes place this week in Las Vegas, and leading tech firm Anker has taken the wraps off an array of new products including new charging solutions, an electric cooler and a solar umbrella.

I’ve been testing a range of the company’s recent releases and it’s easy to see why the brand is so popular. Anker charging solutions offer reliable, convenient and quick ways to keep all of your devices. Products from the firm are generally well made and stylish too.
Here are the new products the company unveiled at CES 2025 in Las Vegas.

Anker Charger (140W)
Available immediately, this 140W-four port charger comes with USB-C for better aesthetics and wall mounting. When plugged into the wall, all cables hang vertically, making it less prone to falling out.
The window display showcases real-time power for each port, instantly showing when fast charging is activated. The firm said you can easily check each port's power output, see the remaining power in real-time and maximise your charger's performance for faster charging.
The charger uses aerospace-grade Gallium Nitride (gaN) for higher efficiency. The firm said the products provide safe and efficient charging by using advanced technology like Gallium Nitride semiconductors and its own technologies such as PowerIQ 3.0 and Multiprotect.
Anker Power Bank (25K, 165W, Built-In and Retractable Cables)
This compact 25,000mAh power bank can charge a 13-inch MacBook Air (M2) 1.2 times or an iPhone 14 approx. 4.5 times and offers up to 165W Multi-Device Fast Charging
Powered by the latest PD 3.0 technology, the power bank comes with 3 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A port to deliver up to 165W of power.
It comes with 2 cables to meet the needs of users charging multiple devices at the same time or sharing with friends, and the built-in 28in retractable cable makes charging easy while walking, sitting and lying down.
It is available now.
Anker Solix EverFrost Electric Cooler
Anker EverFrost 2 Electric Cooler is designed to redefine outdoor cooling with exceptional performance, extended battery life, and rugged durability.
Available in three sizes—23L, 40L, and 58L—the EverFrost 2 meets various cooling needs. The 58L version features two separate compartments to freeze and cool simultaneously, making it ideal for versatile outdoor use.
You can set the cooling from -4°F to 68°F. The 360-degree air-cooling process lowers temperatures 21% faster than direct cooling technology.
It’s an ideal long weekend companion as it can cool for up to 104 hours with two batteries or up to 52 hours with one battery. The detachable batteries can charge essentials devices with 60W USB-C and 12W USB-A ports.
You can recharge with 100W solar, AC, car socket or USB-C.
It has large 6in wheels to overcome obstacles on rough terrain. It is built to withstand rugged use and heavy loads, the wheels can endure rough handling on stairs. It boasts an IPX3 waterproof rating.
It is available February 21.
Anker Solix Solar Beach Umbrella
A solar umbrella is designed to soak up sunlight during the day and convert it to energy that powers the LED lighting under the umbrella at night. Anker’s model promises 30% better performance than crystalline silicon solar cells in bright light, and double the efficiency in low light.
It has an 80W output, is foldable and easy to carry, install and store. It comes with an IP67 rating for outstanding waterproof performance and sunshade fabric to effectively reduce heat.
It will be available this summer.
What is CES?
CES stands for Consumer Electronics Show, and the annual technology convention takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada this week for four days.
More than 138,000 visitors are expected to attend the giant tech show that takes over much of the gargantuan spaces in famous Vegas venues such as the Venetian, Wynn and the awesome newly-opened Sphere arena which was opened by U2. An estimated 4,500-plus exhibitors take part across some 2.5 million square feet of exhibition space.
