Daniel O'Donnell has celebrated his 63rd birthday and is certainly feeling the love of his fans.

The fresh-faced singer may be edging towards a certain senior birthday but he shows no signs of slowing down.

The Donegal star posted a stunning picture of himself and wife Majella celebrating his latest year as the couple headed for a celebratory dinner.

Daniel certainly wasn't celebrating his birthday in his native Kincasslagh in west Donegal. The star was wearing a floral shirt as he posed beside Majella with palm trees in the background.

And his fans were certainly feeling the love for their favourite singer. More than 7,000 reacted to Daniel's post online with more than 2,500 leaving messages on his official Facebook page.

Fans piled in with birthday and festive wishes for Daniel and Majella. Dorothy Sutton wrote "Happy birthday to you. I wish you many more. All the best for Christmas and New Year. I wish you and your wife Majella, Health, Happiness and Wealth for 2025. God Bless."

Daniel hasn't revealed his plans for the festive season just yet. But he usually jets home from touring to spend Christmas at home with family at the Dermot Bannon-inspired home he shares with Majella.

And he almost always sings with his local choir at midnight mass in St Columba’s Church on Christmas eve.
