Wall set up the opener for North Melbourne thanks to a well-judged pass from 50 metres into Jasmine Garner.
The Dunboyne woman then helped herself to two goals in the third quarter as the Kangaroos built up a commanding lead over Port Adelaide.
But the best was yet to come as the 2021 All-Ireland winner kicked a superb goal from outside the 50 metre line that took one bounce before going through the posts.
Wall's North Melbourne will face a Brisbane side in next Saturday night's Grand Final that includes Tipperary's Orla O'Dwyer and Dublin's Jennifer Dunne in their ranks.
