Katie Taylor challenges Jake Paul to massive bet as she makes big call on fight
Katie Taylor raised the stakes hugely
Jake Paul may have got more than he bargained for when he asked Katie Taylor to put her money where her mouth was.
The final press conference ahead of Friday's event in Arlington, Texas, took place on Wednesday in nearby Irving and saw host Ariel Helwani ask every fighter on the card who they thought would win between Paul and Mike Tyson.
Despite being 31 years older than the YouTuber-turned boxer, the majority of the fighters opted for heavyweight legend Tyson to have his hand raised in victory.

Paul, who will reportedly earn $40million from the fight at the AT&T Stadium, asked all those who sided with Tyson to have a bet with him on the outcome of the bout and some did offer $1million.
But Taylor raised the stakes and shook hands with Paul after asking him to bet his purse, which is much bigger than the Bray native's reported $6.1million.
Speaking abut her own fight, Taylor said: "I put my body through the trenches over the last few months and it’s an absolute privilege to be here on the same card as a legend in the sport. It's absolutely an amazing opportunity that we both have, and I just can't wait to step in there and showcase what I can do again and get another win."
