The 38-year-old was drunk and told Gardai that it would not be his fault if he bumped into it
A drunk man who barged into a Donegal Garda Station and told Gardai their van was illegally parked outside has been ordered to make a donation to charity.
Seamus Ward arrived at Milford Garda Station and demanded Gardai move their patrol van from the footpath outside.
The 38-year-old was drunk and told Gardai that it would not be his fault if he bumped into it.

Ward, of Drumbern, Milford, refused to give his name and became aggressive with Gardai.
Gardai said they had no option but to arrest him.
The accused was charged with causing a breach of the peace and also being intoxicated at Main Street in Milford on May 29 last.
His solicitor, Mr Kieran O'Gorman, said his client was apologetic and that alcohol was his problem.
Judge Eiteain Cunningham ordered Ward to make a €200 donation to the Donegal Hospice.
He was given five months to pay.
