The GAA Club Championships continue this Sunday on TG4 with intriguing encounters from Cork football and Dublin hurling.

Record Cork title holders Nemo Rangers take on Clonakilty with the action beginning at 2.05pm.

Clonakilty lost a Cork final two years ago and are chasing a first title since 2009, while Nemo were beaten by Castlehaven in last year’s decider.

Nemo have won four of the last seven Cork Championships.

The second game on TG4 features Na Fianna and Ballyboden St. Enda’s. New Dublin hurling manager Niall Ó Ceallacháin is on the line for last year’s winners, Na Fianna.

The Glasnevin outfit also made last year’s Leinster final where they lost out by a point to Kilkenny’s O’Loughlin Gaels.

Meanwhile, streaming service Clubber have a whopping 43 fixtures across 10 counties.

The county by county breakdown is Tipperary (10), Kilkenny (8), Monaghan (6), Kerry (4), Offaly (4), Laois (3), Louth (2), Meath (2), Kildare (2) and Longford (2).

The pick of these football wise is a tasty Newbridge derby in the Kildare Senior Championship, with Moorefield facing Sarsfields at 5pm on Sunday.

Matching that on the hurling front is the Tipperary Championship quarter-final meeting of Thurles Sarsfields and Loughmore-Castleiney at 4pm on Sunday.

As ever, Loughmore-Castleiney will be powered by the three McGrath brothers - Noel, John and Brian. They defeated Thurles in the 2021 final.

Sarsfields boss and Tipperary legend Paudie Maher is hoping to lead his club to a first title since 2017. They’re already well clear of the rest on 36 titles, with Toomevara next on 21.

Other big ties on Clubber include the Longford football semi-finals, where holders Killoe take on Abbeylara and Mullinalaghta face Colmcille.

In Kerry the County Football Championship has reached Round 3 with the biggest tie the meeting of Mid Kerry and Kenmare Shamrocks. This is at 3pm on Sunday and will be on Clubber.

Sean O’Shea is Kenmare’s talisman, while Mid-Kerry have lost the last two finals and will be anxious to get back to another one.

In Kilkenny, Ballyhale Shamrocks, who defeated James Stephens last time out, face Thomastown in the senior quarter-finals at 1.30pm on Saturday.

The other big game in Kilkenny is on Sunday at 3.30pm, and features holders O’Loughlin Gaels up against Dicksboro.

There are other big games being streamed locally, including 2022 Westmeath champions, the Downs, who face Coralstown-Kinnegad - last year’s runners-up - in the semi-finals on Saturday (4.45pm). The game is on ‘Iarmhi TV.’
