It's Ladies Day at Listowel's Harvest Festival, with more than 25,000 punters set to descend on the track for Friday's seven-race card.

The action starts with a maiden hurdle at 2.05pm, with the Edward O'Grady-trained Irish Panther currently vying for favouritism with the Willie Mullins pair of Stormbreaker and Mr Escobar.

The MCG Handicap Hurdle over two miles is the feature contest this afternoon, with €59,000 going to the winner. It looks highly competitive and last year's winner Man O Work is expected to be popular with punters after finishing fifth on the flat last month.

With it being Ladies Day, there's plenty going on off the track too. Former Miss World Rosanna Davidson, and award-winning fashion designer Heidi Higgins are the judges for the 2024 McElligotts Kia Best Dressed Lady, the winner of which will receive a trip to New York.
