Gardai appeal for help tracing missing Cork teenager

Gardaí have appealed for help tracing the whereabouts of a Cork teenager who has been missing for more than a day.
17-year-old Alisha Griffin has been missing from the Ballyphehane area in Cork City since Tuesday evening, August 20.
Alisha is described as being approximately five foot three inches in height. She has brown hair and blue eyes. It is not known what Alisha was wearing when last seen.

A Garda spokesperson said: “Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 17-year-old Alisha Griffin who is missing from the Ballyphehane area in Cork city since Tuesday evening”.
They added: “Anyone with information on Alisha's whereabouts is asked to contact Anglesea Street Garda Station on 021 452 2000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
