Love Island fans have rumbled a shock axing - just hours before a Casa Amor twist.

The six boys and six girls entering the Love Island villa for Casa Amor were revealed by the show bosses last night, but fans are convinced that a big twist could be on its way. After Ronnie and Harriet's surprise exit from the villa, could another pair of Islanders be heading home before they have a chance to even make it to Casa Amor?

Eagle-eyed fans are convinced they've noticed a 'discrepancy' and believe it is "proof" that one more couple is heading home. One viewer wrote: "There’s six Casa girls and six boys… that means one more couple have to leave the villa before Casa starts."

A second person added: "Just saw the casa line up for #loveIsland. There is six bombshells but there are currently seven couples in the villa. I think another couple might be getting dumped tomorrow before casa begins."

However, there are usually six boys and six girls in the Casa Amor twist - and it is unlikely every single couple will want to leave their own partner and couple up with someone new. But if they do, there won't be enough to go around.

Just a couple of days ago, Harriett and Ronnie were booted out of the villa. Speaking about her exit, she said: "I feel sad to go. I felt that my experience in the Villa wasn’t over yet. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, so if they think me and Ronnie should have gone, what can you do? It’s hard because me and Ronnie have been in such a good place this last week. Maybe just the journey it took for us to get there. Obviously we had our date and re-coupled and stuff. But he was getting himself involved in all of these triangles!"

Fans are not impresseed with the new Casa Amor line up

Admitting she didn't think they would go, she added: "I wouldn’t have thought it would have been us, I thought it would have been Konnor and Grace as they’re in a friendship couple. But, obviously Grace is one of my best friends in the Villa, she’s a big part of the Villa and her and Joey’s feelings, maybe the public took that into consideration? I feel like we’re in the same place as Uma and Wil, if not more as we’ve had more experiences together in the Villa."

Ronnie is hoping he and Harriett might be able to make things work outside the villa too.

"I’m happy. It was a bumpy start with all my triangles. But everything came full circle and I felt like that last week we’ve [Harriett and I] been really good. We had a lovely date and we’ve been getting to know each other more and spending more time together. At the end of the day I’ve gone there to find someone and I’ve come out with Harriett, wherever that goes, who knows. But it was really nice with her in there," he said, discussing a potential future for him and Harriett.
