Baby Reindeer's self-proclaimed 'real-life Martha Scott' has sent a strong-worded plea to Richard Gadd.

The hit Netflix series Baby Reindeer has become a viral sensation after Richard Gadd starred as struggling comedian Donny Dunn. He wrote the series which documented Donny's strange and layered relationship with a woman named Martha, played by Jessica Gunning, whose initially friendly demeanour unravels as she begins to stalk Donny relentlessly.

During the course of multiple years, Martha sends Donny more than 41,000 emails, 744 tweets, 100 pages of letters and 350 hours of voicemails. It is on course to become one of the streaming platform's most watched shows. In a bid "to set the record straight", the woman claiming to be the real-life Martha Scott has spoken to former Good Morning Britain news anchor Piers Morgan.

The woman, who is not being named or identified via photographs, has revealed what message she has for Baby Reindeer creator Richard Gadd. During the sit down interview with Piers Morgan he asked what she would say to him if he was watching.

She replied: "Leave me alone, please. Get a life, get a proper job. I am horrified at what you've done." The woman also revealed she hasn't watched the Netflix series. Asked if she had seen it, she said: "Not at all. I've heard about the court scene, about the jail sentences and all this sort of stuff… I haven't watched any of it."

Piers asked: “You're not curious, too?” She replied: “No, I think I’d be sick. It's taken over enough of my life. I find it quite obscene. I find it horrifying, misogynistic. Some of the death threats have been really terrible online. People phoning me up. You know, it's been absolutely horrendous. I wouldn't give credence to something like that and it's not really my kind of drama.”

Piers Morgan's sit down interview aired at 8pm on Thursday night and ahead of the show, it appeared the woman was already having regrets. She claims the controversial broadcaster "triggered" her emotions during their sit-down for his YouTube channel - and then branded him a "bully" and a "twerp".

The law graduate, who claims to be the woman accused in Richard Gadd’s drama series, said yes to the star because she wanted to air her side of the story. But she denies suggestions she is cashing in on the hit show. The woman claimed she earned just a few hundred pounds from her trip to London. She told her connections on Facebook: "Piers is a twerp. But we [already] know this. You will see in my interview I'll let the [interview] speak for itself. Piers is a bully, we all know that. He triggers emotions. But this interview will get more views. By far most of his other interviews with all misogynist men he often defends Andrew Tate Donald Trump."
