For the third successive year Kildare and Dublin clash in the knockout stages of the Leinster Minor Football Championship.

Dublin have the current bragging rights after getting the better of the Lilywhites in the last two provincial finals, but the confidence is high about this Kildare side.

The Lilywhites finished top of their group after victories over Meath, Westmeath, and Louth earned them an automatic semi-final berth.

Dublin fell to a defeat to Longford in the group stages but they responded with a 5-11 to 0-09 victory over Wexford in the quarter-finals. The winner of this match will be take on the winner of the other semi-final between Louth and Longford.

The match is scheduled for a 7.30pm throw-in at Manguard Park in Kildare and will be shown live on TG4's Youtube Channel.
