Teenager rushed to hospital after shocking daylight assault on busy Dublin street
The teen has been taken to Temple Street Children's Hospital to be treated for injures
A teenage boy has been rushed to hospital following an alleged daylight assault close to Dublin’s Connolly Station on Tuesday.
The terrifying ordeal took place just after 2pm this afternoon with gardaí and emergency services sealing off the scene outside of a barber shop on the busy Amiens Street.
The boy has since been brought to Temple Street Children's Hospital to be treated for injuries which have thankfully been described as not life-threatening.

A garda spokesman told Dublin Live: "Gardai responded to reports of an assault on Amiens St, Dublin 1 that occurred shortly after 2pm this afternoon, Tuesday 30 April 2024.
"A male juvenile, in his teens, was conveyed to CHI at Temple Street for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. Enquiries are ongoing."
