Galway GAA is welcoming its next generation of supporters by gifting jerseys to every baby born on Sunday, the day of the Connacht and Leinster finals (*if applicable).

Supermacs, the long-time sponsors of Galway GAA, have launched "My First Galway Jersey" to celebrate the newest member of the county's family.

To receive the gift, parents of babies born on the day are invited to www. supermacs.ie/myfirstjersey/ to receive their baby's first Galway jersey.

Galway are taking on their old rivals Mayo in the Connacht final at Pearse Stadium on 5 May.

Padraig Joyce's Galway side have made the provincial decider after victories over London and Sligo.

The Tribesmen are looking for their third successive Connacht title to add their success in 2022 and 2023, while Mayo last won the crown in 2021.
