Louth take on Kildare today in the semi-final of the Leinster Senior Football Championship.

Croke Park is the venue for today's game, with throw-in scheduled for 1.45pm.

The game is not being shown on TV. However, you can stream the game on GAA GO provided you have a subscription.

Additionally, you can follow live updates right here in our blog.

Louth reached the final of the competition last year only to fall at the last hurdle against a rampant Dublin side that sent out a message to the rest of the country in what turned out to be an All-Ireland winning campaign.

The side they beat in the semis last year - Kildare - have had a wretched 2024 so far and lost all seven of their games in the National Football League including a final day showdown with their opponents today.

But the Lilywhites gave a good account of themselves in their quarter-final win over Wicklow and will be desperate to give their fans something to cheer about today.

Good afternoon

Hello everybody and welcome to our live coverage of Louth v Kildare in the Leinster SFC semi-final.

Louth are favourites coming into this one today, a tag that hasn't always suited the wee County in the past. They put four goals past Wexford in the semi-final to reach this stage and are just 70 minutes away from reaching a second successive Leinster final since 1957 and 1958.

Despite now going 23 years without lifting the Delaney Cup, Kildare are still the third most successful county in the province and reached the final in 2021 and 2022, losing to Dublin on both occasions.

Throw-in is 35 minutes away at Croke Park!
