The Champions Cup semi-final clash between Leinster v Northampton Saints is on course to be a sell-out occasion at Croke Park.

Tickets went on public sale at 10am and Leinster have confirmed that 35,000 tickets were snapped up in just 35 minutes.

That number is on top of the 30,000 tickets bought by Leinster season ticket holders earlier this week.

Croke Park's capacity is 82,300 and so the Saturday, May 4 encounter is set to be a sold-out affair.

That was also the case in Leinster's last game at GAA Headquarters in 2009 when the Blues played Munster at the same stage in the European competition in what was then a club rugby world record attendance.

The province was forced to move this semi-final against Premiership leaders Northampton from the Aviva Stadium because the southside venue is being used for the UEFA Europa League final.

Ticket prices are, as follows:

  • €90, Premium
  • €75, Category 1
  • €55, Category 2
  • €38, Category 3
  • €18, Category 4 (Hill 16, terrace)
  • €10, Junior

Leinster have announced that they will play all of their home games at the Aviva Stadium and Croke Park next season as the RDS is redeveloped.

The province confirmed on Thursday that the Aviva Stadium would host "the majority" of Leinster's home games in the United Rugby Championship and the Champions Cup, with Croke Park also being used on occasion.

Leo Cullen's side are due to return to the RDS for the 2025/2026 season.
