Alesha welcomed her second baby daughter in October 2019 and took to Instagram to reveal her beautiful name.

Posting a sweet snapshot of the tiny new arrival sleeping soundly, swaddled in a white cellular blanket, Alesha captioned the snap: "Anaya Safiya born 20.08.19".

"7 weeks ago this little angel came into our lives! As I celebrate my birthday today I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet."

Recently, Alesha shared her battles with a psychological condition called imposter syndrome.

Speaking to the Mirror.co.uk , Alesha said: "I’ve definitely been crippled by fear. At school I was a contradiction. Outwardly, I was a confident, brave individual who went for it and was unafraid."

"But inside, I always had a niggle in my brain, moments of self-doubt which made me question my abilities."

The much-loved tv personality admitted that she suffers with imposter syndrome

Caught up in the rollercoaster of fame since 2001, Alesha has only recently realised she has been grappling with the condition.

Imposter syndrome describes a high-achieving individual who struggles to internalise success, who feels fraudulent and who attributes success to factors such as hard work, charm or luck.

PFA chief Gordon Taylor faces inquiry over management of association's charity

PFA chief Gordon Taylor faces inquiry over management of association's charity

Gordon Taylor is facing a fresh inquiry over “serious concerns” about how the Professional Footballers’ Association charity is being run.

The Charity Commission describes the inquiry as the “most serious intervention” it can make and will focus on the management of the PFA’s charity by its trustees which include Taylor.

Under-pressure PFA chief executive Taylor has already promised to stand down at the conclusion of an independent review into the players’ union and this latest development will put him back under the spotlight.

The inquiry will look at concerns over how charity funds were used and examine whether the trustees complied with their duties and responsibilities under charity law.

Gordon Taylor has come under scrutiny recently

Stephen Grenfell, the Commission’s head of investigations, monitoring and enforcement, said: “The public rightly expect charities to operate to the highest standards - across all they do.

“Serious concerns have been raised about the way the Professional Footballers’ Association charity is run. We will now examine what has happened at the charity through a full statutory inquiry and ensure, where necessary, action is taken.”

The PFA charity accounts for year ending June 2018 report income of £26,387,608 - the majority of which came from Premier League television revenue - and expenditure of £24,546,326. Of that expenditure, the PFA accounts state that £17,411,140 was distributed as grants. Under support costs, staff costs were listed at £4,047,748.

Taylor, who earned £2m-a-year in the PFA’s published accounts for 2017/18, could be removed as a trustee by the Commission if they find him or any trustee guilty of misconduct or mismanagement.

Taylor has been in charge for 38 years

The PFA said in a statement: “The trustees have continued to co-operate fully, openly and transparently with the Charity Commission and will continue to do so throughout this process.

“The Professional Footballers’ Association Charity Trustees are all committed to adopting the highest possible standards in administering, governing and the management of the charity and will continue to work with the Charity Commission.”

New Barcelona manager Quique Setien was 'fourth choice' to take over at Nou Camp

New Barcelona manager Quique Setien was 'fourth choice' to take over at Nou Camp

New Barcelona boss Quique Setien was the club's "fourth choice, at best" for the job, according to Spanish football expert Graham Hunter.

The former Real Betis head coach was appointed by the Spanish champions on Monday after Ernesto Valverde was sacked, despite the club currently sitting top of La Liga.

Although Setien has penned a two-and-a-half-year deal at the Nou Camp, Hunter claims that former midfielder Xavi Hernandez, Ronald Koeman and Mauricio Pochettino were all approached before the club turned to the 61-year-old.

Speaking on Sky Sports' Transfer Talk podcast , Hunter said: "They went out to Qatar to try and persuade Xavi, who they should have known wouldn't come, couldn't come.

"They tried to persuade Ronald Koeman, who had already told them previously he wouldn't join them. He thinks he'll coach the Netherlands to the European Championship and victory this summer.

Setien was named Barcelona boss on Monday after Ernesto Valverde was sacked

"They sussed out what Mauricio Pochettino had previously said, that he'd rather go back and work on his farm in Argentina than go and coach Barcelona , they tried to persuade him.

"Quique Setien is an attractive coach with a [Johan] Cruyff mentality but he is fourth choice, at best. It has been a risible Keystone Cops affair from start to finish."

Setien himself admitted that he was surprised to be offered the job during his first news conference, stating that his appointment was beyond his "wildest dreams."

Former Barcelona midfielder Xavi was considered to be the favourite for the job after he confirmed that he met with club officials over the weekend.

Xavi was understood to be Barcelona's top choice for the job

And Hunter claimed that the 39-year-old, who currently manages Qatari side Al Sadd, could still return to the Camp Nou in the future.

"Xavi is very aligned to a presidential candidate who wants to take over the club when there are elections in 2021," he added. "His name is Victor Font.

"They work together, they are a team. It is anticipated that is when Xavi will come back.

"This president, [Josep Maria] Bartomeu, went to Xavi to kind of say 'Drop that, forget your friend, forget all your allegiances'.

Hunter claimed that Barca also tried to persuade Mauricio Pochettino to take the job

"He also went to Xavi and said 'Come now, forget the fact your Qatari team has got a cup final to play this Friday'. Something that he's qualified them for. He's been pretty successful in his first season in coaching in Qatar.

"It is no secret he's paid gigantic sums to be there. The idea of persuading him to abandon his club, to abandon the huge contract he's got and to abandon his friend Victor Font, who wants to take over in 2021.

"This was a mission that I think was absolutely doomed for failure."

Setien is set to take charge of the La Liga leaders for the first time when they host Granada on Sunday.
