McGregor has been installed as firm favourite with the bookies as he looks to kick off 2020 in style.

The 31-year-old is priced at 3/10, with Cerrone the underdog at 5/2.

And McGregor is expecting to land a major windfall for his latest fight, predicting: "I’m confident it’s gonna be a nice paycheque.

“Probably the most in my mixed martial arts career. I’m estimating a good $80 million.”

Deontay Wilder promises to rip Tyson Fury's head off ahead of heavyweight showdown

Deontay Wilder promises to rip Tyson Fury's head off ahead of heavyweight showdown

Deontay Wilder has told Tyson Fury he will “rip his head off” as he mocked the Gypsy King’s clams to be the lineal world heavyweight champion.

Wilder claims he is “the lion, the king of the jungle” and says he will prove it in their rematch at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena on February 22.

The unbeaten WBC heavyweight king also vowed to end Fury’s claims to be the division’s No 1 because of his victory over Wladimir Klitschko in 2015.

The pair clashed at their head-to-head press conference in Los Angeles and Wilder goaded Fury, claiming his lineal title is “make believe and fake”.

Wilder, 34, said: “He goes around talking he has the lineal title, something that is make believe and fake. He has no belt except the one that holds his pants up now. That’s the only thing he has.

“Come February 22, that lineal b ** t, it ends. It ends with him.

“All that talk before, it dies, it’s dead. This is a new beginning this is unfinished business that I will finish. I will do exactly what I said I would do, I will knock him out.

“I’m the lion, the king of the jungle and come February 22, I’m going to rip his head off his body.

“I’m going to knock you through those ropes so you can really feel a WWE moment in real life.”

Fury famously rose from the canvas after being floored in the 12th round of their controversial draw and Wilder claims he gave him concussion.

Wilder is confident of victory in Las Vegas

“When you’ve got power, there ain’t no way around that,” said the Bronze Bomber. “You can’t prepare for power. The only thing you can do is hope that when it lands, it doesn’t do that much damage.

“I gave this man a concussion the first time. He don’t even know how he got on the ground or how he got up and ladies and gentleman, that is a concussion.”

Wilder, who is 42-0-1, also ridiculed Fury for switching trainers again and he has dumped Ben Davison and hired SugarHill Steward, nephew of the legendary Manny Steward, for the rematch.

“Why so many new trainers, why so many rotations?” said the American. “He rotates trainers like he does his drawers, every day changing, hiring, firing.

“I’m sat here with the same old trainers and still to this day I have the same people. You don’t see me firing anyone. You don’t see me bringing anyone in, yet you’re supposed to be this great fighter.”

Their last bout ended up in a controversial draw

Fury, 31, who is 29-0-1, began camp at the start of the month and claims the lineal title is real.

“Anyone who knows boxing knows its lineage goes back to the days of John L Sullivan right up to me today,” said the undefeated Fury.

“If he beats me, he’ll be beating the lineal heavyweight champion of the world, which means he will be the best of his era.”

Pussycat Dolls singers only get 'half a face' next to Nicole Scherzinger in brutal single cover

Pussycat Dolls singers only get 'half a face' next to Nicole Scherzinger in brutal single cover

The Pussycat Dolls' new single cover has gone viral, but for all the wrong reasons.

The band recently reunited after ten years apart, and rumours of rifts due to Nicole Scherzinger , 41, being unfairly favoured also returned.

And the new cover for their comeback track React has done nothing to dispel these rumours.

A Twitter user pointed out a hilarious blunder in the design, as Nicole is the only singer whose whole face is showing.

The other girls get just one eye and half their nose squeezed in at best.

Their tweet laughing about the error has racked up nearly a quarter of a million likes already.

One user replied saying: "Lmfao Im so damn tired of this groups dynamic."

"Nicole said 'ONE EYE ONLY!'" joked another.

"Nicole ruling with an iron fist" added a third.

The song itself was leaked ahead of time, and apparently features only Nicole's vocals, in a move which is likely to set the row between the singers off again as they fight over the spotlight.

It has been reported that the band's other members - Carmit Bachar , Ashley Roberts , Jessica Sutta and Kimberly Wyatt - have since recorded on a new version of the song, according to The Sun .

The band teased the tune when they made their controversial comeback performance on The X Factor in November
The group's split in 2010 was triggered by Nicole's dominance as the lead singer

But the group's split in 2010 was triggered by Nicole's dominance as the lead singer, and it seems this may become an issue if this recording is anything to go by.

The song's chorus features Scherzy's powerful vocals, as she sings: “Every time I leave, you pull me closer, I hang up the phone, you call me back.

“Why don’t you mess me ’round like you’re supposed to? You’re turning me cruel ’cause I’m just wanting you to react.”

It comes as Nicole revealed she is dating hunky rugby player Thom Evans, 34, after sharing a picture of the two of them cosying up in a swimming pool on holiday in Mexico.

Nicole looked radiant as she went makeup free for the steamy session with her new man, who she got together with when he appeared on Celebrity X Factor .
