A 23-year-old Famagusta resident was arrested for an investigated case of illegal drug possession on Sunday.

The Famagusta drug squad secured a warrant to search the man’s apartment in the afternoon discovering 252 grams of processed cannabis, 54 grams of cannabis plant matter, and a precision scale.

The officers confiscated the evidence and arrested the 23-year-old who was taken into custody.
