Bulgaria's Energy Ministry Wednesday signed repair and rehabilitation agreements with Japan's Toshiba and Austria's ABB/Voith alliance for Hydro Units 1 and 3 of the Chaira pumped-storage hydropower plant in Southwestern Bulgaria, the Ministry said.
