Sofia celebrates on Saturday the 147th anniversary of its liberation from Ottoman rule. As a tribute from the Sofia Municipality, wreaths will be laid at the monuments to the Bulgarian Volunteer, the Tsar Liberator, and to General Gurko, the press ce
