Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov has submitted a request to the Prosecutors College of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) for the imposition of a disciplinary penalty against Prosecutor Dimitar Frantisek Petrov of the Sofia City Prosecution
