Hollywood star sends GAA club message ahead of All-Ireland clash

Hollywood A-Lister Jamie Foxx has sent a message of support to Coolera/Strandhill ahead of their All-Ireland Club Football semi-final against Cuala this weekend.

In a surprise shoutout, Foxx appeared enthusiastic as he gave a battling call to the Sligo outfit.

In a video posted by Irishman Raymond, who is VP of Digital Media & Brand for BetMGM, he managed to poach Foxx for the video.

The Django Unchained star can be seen coming into shot saying: "Coolera/Stranhill, it's Jamie Foxx. Coolera/Strandhill let's go baby. [Final] Four, there's only four. Let me tell you this: you didn't come this far just to come this far. Go kick ass, and I mean it. Let's go."

The two sides meet this weekend after last week's semi-final was postponed due to weather. The game takes place at Kingspan Breffni Park in Cavan.

Dr Crokes and Errigal Ciaran meet in the other semi-final on Saturday in Newbridge. Both games are live on TG4.
