Disgraced Aivars Lembergs and daughter sanctioned by the United Kingdom

Aivars Lembergs, former mayor of the Latvian port city of Ventspils, and a prominent figure in national politics, has been added to the United Kingdom's list of sanctioned individuals, London announced November 21.
