Intriguing discoveries in the Baltic Sea off the Latvian coast

Underwater researchers exploring an area just off the Latvian coast near Pāvilosta have reported finding structures "similar to urban infrastructure" that are not typical of the Baltic sea bed, reported the Nature Protection Board (DAP) October 21.
