Notorious gangster offering huge reward for info on assailants who smashed up cars outside his home

Veteran gangster Wayne Bradley is offering a ‘pot of gold’ reward for information on who smashed two cars outside his home.

In video footage shared by the gangster of the attacks, two males with their faces and head covered and dressed in black are seen walking up the driveway at his Finglas home.

One of the males is carrying a white plastic bag which he drops on the ground while the second male is seen smashing the back window of a white vehicle and pouring liquid into the car.

That male then proceeds to smash the back window of a small black car also parked in the driveway.

The other male, who was carrying the plastic bag, then joins him beside the black car and appears to try to ignite an object before throwing it into the car.

Both men then run off, with one of the males slipping on the driveway before grabbing the plastic bag and leaving the scene.

In a post on social media, Wayne Bradley wrote “Looking for the names of who smashed two cars in my garden and try to set them on fire.

“In the pictures are two taxis, one white Ford Transit Custom and Toyota Avensis or any other taxis in the area that were passing by.

“They might have dashcam footage of the two without their hoods up.

“So if you know them please get in touch with me This happened on October 7 between 11.20pm and 11.30pm.

“Large reward offered,” he wrote.

Earlier we revealed gardai are investigating the incident and that sources said officers are investigating if anyone had any grudge or reason to attack Bradley’s home - but there is at this time no immediate known issue.

CCTV of the incident that Wayne Bradley shared on Facebook

In a statement gardai confirmed the incident was under investigation.

“Gardaí are investigating an incident of criminal damage which occurred at a domestic residence on Ratoath Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 yesterday evening. No injuries have been reported at this time” a garda spokesperson said.

The attack comes after a recent video by Wayne’s criminal brother Alan ‘Fatpuss’ Bradley in which he appeared to do a mock ‘Traveller callout’ while brandishing knives.

Notorious criminal 'Fatpuss' - who was jailed over an attempted raid on a cash-in-transit van carrying €880,000 in Celbridge, Co Kildare in 2007 - was seen brandishing the knives as he made the video which looks like a send-up of feuding gangs calling each other out.

‘Fatpuss’ Bradley is one of Ireland’s most infamous criminals and was a leading member of the crime gang once led by the murdered drug dealer Eamon ‘the Don’ Dunne.

In the video, which has been shared widely on social media, Bradley is filmed pointing a sharp bladed knife as he addressed the camera and says: “You know that people are going around saying that the Bradley people are only blackguards and bowsies.

“We’re normal ould country people, but I tell you we never took no messing off no-one.

“We never brought a blade anywhere with us in our lives and we take no messing off nobody. But you can send this out that Fatpus Bradley is the man.”

Bradley is then seen brandishing several knives, before adding that Fatpus “doesn’t use blades, he never carried a blade in his life, but he’ll have a fair go off anyone that wants to step in.”

He then adds: “We don’t use blades, we may carry them, but we just go around doing our own thing.

Fatpus then signs off the video by shouting: “Put that in your fucking pipe and smoke it.”

Alan Bradley and his brother Wayne, who was also a member of Eamon Dunne’s gang, both served lengthy sentences for their involvement in an attempted raid on a cash-in-transit van carrying €880,000 in Celbridge, Co. Kildare in 2007.

Dunne was also involved in the attempted raid which was thwarted by gardai but was shot dead before standing trial on the matter.

Alan and Wayne were previously targeted by the Criminal Assets Bureau and were served with demands for €362,000 in unpaid taxes and penalties between them.
