Bulgarian Rise party's top-of-the-list candidate in Silistra Stefan Panteleev, together with MP candidate Stoyan Peychev, visited the 10th edition of the culinary festival Dobrudja's Dishes in the village of Srebarna, the party's headquarters told BTA. Th
