Kim Kardashian booed by crowd at Tom Brady roast as Kevin Hart forced to step in

Kim Kardashian faced a tough crowd at Tom Brady 's roast in Los Angeles, with Kevin Hart having to jump to her rescue as she was greeted with boos.

The reality queen was heckled by the audience as she took a jab at Brady's height, but Hart's quick intervention calmed the situation.

After the initial hiccup, Kim K addressed the whispers about her and Brady, jokingly hinting at their supposed fling. "Speaking of Tom and I dating, I know there were some rumors that we were, and I'd never say if we did or not. I'd just release the tape," she said, managing to coax some chuckles from the audience.

But Kardashian didn't hold back, comparing Brady to another sports icon she knows all too well. "But I do know it would never work out. An ex-athlete, high cheekbones, silky hair. You remind me too much of my stepdad now," she said, as images of Brady and Caitlyn Jenner appeared, eliciting a wave of laughter. She finished with a zinger: "Part of me thinks you would want to try on my clothes."

"Honestly, it's hard for me to watch people roast you, but I think enough of my family members have helped defend former football players," she added, drawing cheers from the crowd and a smile from Brady.

Kim's late father, Robert Kardashian, was famously part of O. J. Simpson's defense team during his trial for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. Wrapping up her performance, Kim made sure Brady felt her backing, despite the zingers. She rounded off with a quip: "Retirement isn't easy; It can be a lot like a bad breakup," she quipped.

"So I'll give you the same advice that I give all my exes: Good luck knowing the best is behind you. Congratulations Tom. Cheers, everyone to Tom Brady."

The audience responded with laughter and applause, and comedians Hart and Jeff Ross gave verbal nods to her entire act, despite its initially shaky reception. Out of all the stars who took the stage before her, Kardashian faced the toughest crowd response, but Hart stepped in to defuse any tension, calming the audience.

Despite an initial stumble, Kardashian bounced back and cracked a series of jokes that had both the audience and Brady chuckling, regardless of their content. It appeared that Brady took the jokes in good stride, even though they were somewhat tamer compared to previous jibes from others, such as Drew Bledsoe.

After Kardashian's stint, comedians Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer took to the stage, joining forces to roast Brady.
