Love Island fans convinced two stars secretly related as pair dubbed 'identical twins' on holiday

Fans have teased that two former islanders from Love Island looked like 'twin siblings' in a recent post which has been shared whilst the pair enjoyed a holiday abroad.

Cally Jane Beech, 32, and Kady McDermott, 28, are both out in Ibiza at the moment. The pals have been keeping their respective followers updated in posts on Instagram, including having shared footage from activities on the island.

One recent post showed the reality TV stars posing beside each other ahead of an event. It was shared by them both on the platform on Sunday and, alongside a heart emoji, it was teased in the caption of the new post: "Soul sisters."

The photo showed Cally modelling a red dress and sporting accessories including gold earrings and a matching watch. Kady had instead opted to wear a white outfit, that included lace detailing, and she had accessorised with a necklace.

Their joint post on Instagram has amassed 20,000 likes on the platform and prompted compliments in the comments section. It was also noted by some of their followers that pals Cally and Kady resembled siblings in the photo.

One person wrote: "Actually look like sisters too! The eyes." Another said: "Soul sisters? More like identical twins." A third follower reacted to their post: "You two could be twins." Whilst someone else said: "You definitely look like sisters." Another person responded: "Awww you both definitely look like sisters in the pic ladies. Beautiful both [of you]." A sixth person commented: "Like actual twins." And sharing their thoughts recently, one follower wrote: "You look so alike."

It wasn't just fans who suggested that they looked like 'twins,' as their pal Olivia Hawkins, who has been spending time with them out in Ibiza, commented: "Twinniiessssss." Tanya Manhenga suggested similarly, writing: "Twins." Additionally, fellow reality TV star Frankie Sims wrote: "Twinsssssssss."

Former co-stars Olivia and Tanya, who both appeared on Love Island last year, weren't the only former islanders to have reacted to the post. Others took the opportunity to compliment Cally and Kady over the post on Sunday. Joanna Chimonides, who first appeared on the ITV2 show in 2019 before returning for spin-off All Stars earlier this year, responded in the comments section: "Beautiful galsssss." Whilst Jess Harding, who won a season that aired last year, said in response to the recent post: "Beautiful girlies."

It's been almost a decade since Cally and Kady made their respective debuts on Love Island. The former appeared on the first season of the rebooted show, which launched in 2015, and she reached the final. Whilst her pal Kady was a finalist on the second season, which aired in 2016. She later returned for the tenth season, which aired just last year.
