Latvian Rail Baltica's project implementer head steps down

Kaspars Vingris, Chairman of the Board of the company "Eiropas Dzelzceļa līnijas" (EDzL), which implements the Rail Baltica railway project in Latvia, has resigned from his position, the company announced on April 26, LSM.lv reports.
