Death of Aoife Johnson (16) at UHL ruled medical misadventure by coroner

A verdict of death by medical misadventure was returned for Clare teen Aoife Johnston (16) who died in University Hospital Limerick (UHL) after waiting over 15 hours for the antibiotics that most likely would have saved her life.
