Spain set to join STRATCOMCOE

On Tuesday, April 22, the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers approved a Memorandum of Understanding on the Spanish Ministry of Defense joining the Rīga-based NATO Strategic Communications Center of Excellence (STRATCOMCOE).
