Almost half of Italians highly satisfied with lives

Just under half of the Italian
population, 46.6%, were highly satisfied with their lives in
2023, Istat said on Thursday.

   
The national statistics agency said this level was stable with
respect to 2022.

   
It said the proportion of highly satisfied people aged 25 to 34
rose by 3.5 percentage points to 48.6%.
