Smirking Stephen Bear gives a thumbs up as he faces Georgia Harrison in court

Georgia Harrison arrived at Chelmsford Crown Court on Thursday for a confiscation hearing to determine how much Stephen Bear will need to repay from profits made on an explicit video he posted to subscription site OnlyFans.

Disgraced reality TV star Bear, 34, was jailed last year for voyeurism and for sharing private sexual photos and videos to cause distress. He was released from prison in January after serving nearly 11 months behind bars. Bear arrived at court today wearing a pink shirt, crucifix and backless fur-lined loafers.

A court heard earlier this month that Bear had made over £22,000 from a CCTV video of him and Love Island star Georgia Harrison having sex in the garden of his property. At the time, he claimed to be a billionaire on social media, but police said he was actually heavily in debt.

Ms Harrison and her All Stars co-star boyfriend Anton Danyluk were present at the initial hearing on March 4, with Bear carrying a Louis Vuitton bag and a Mexican Cartel jumper as he arrived at court. Prosecutor Andrew Bousfield said, "despite pretending to be a billionaire, his most valuable asset at the time was selling sexual videos".

He told the court that the man's main asset was owning his house, worth £60,000. The court also heard that his OnlyFans subscribers increased by 43 per cent after he posted a video. This video was hidden behind a $9.99 (£7.84) paywall on his profile @hollywoodbear. The court also heard that there was a big increase in the $9.99 purchases when the video began to "go viral" and Ms Harrison found out about it.

The court was told that 273 people bought the video and, after OnlyFans took their 20 per cent share, Bear made £1,650.98 from the footage shared without Ms Harrison's consent. After the video was posted, he adjusted his subscription fee, from a range of 7.50 dollars (£5.89) to 50 dollars (£39.28).

Calculations on how much Bear earned from the video were debated during the hearing, and the judge noted that this was troubled by the convicted sex offender refusing to take the stand and provide evidence. Judge Christopher Morgan agreed with Ms Mackenzie's guess of how much profit he made. He said it was hard to know exactly what each new subscriber wanted when they signed up to his account after the video came out.

The court heard: "He had, by the time the account had been set up, filmed himself and Georgia Harrison, that material being the subject of the criminal charges that he faced. The defendant plainly intended that that material would be placed onto his OnlyFans account."
